Paramount+'s Tulsa King is a criminal drama television program starring Sylvester Stallone who plays Dwight "The General" Manfredi. As per the storyline, he is a New York mafia boss who, after serving time in jail, is transported to Tulsa, Oklahoma, to establish a new criminal organization.
