The Love and Hip Hop star Khadiyah Lewis has passed away at the age of 44 on May 30, 2025.
According to a report in Hip Hop Vibe, her brother, Jay confirmed her death to The Shade Room. He stated:
"This has been an extremely emotionally devastating time. All prayers, condolences, and well wishes are sincerely appreciated.”
Her family asked for privacy and did not wish to discuss the cause of her death. They have planned to celebrate her life through a Zoom memorial service. She is survived by her parents, Debra Body and David Clark Lewis Jr., sisters Rasheedah Lewis and Nia T. Hill, and brothers Jamaal Lewis and Ahmedu Elijah Inegbedion.
According to a report in the Independent, Lewis was born on March 31, 1981, in Oklahoma City. She was a business and tax consultant. She appeared on seasons three and four of the VH1 reality show where aspiring rappers tried to find a balance between their careers and personal life. Reportedly, she was dating rapper Yung Joc during Season 3, but they broke up by Season 5 of the show.

On her social media, Lewis described herself as “Entrepreneur/Speaker/Consultant/Accountant" as well as a "branding ambassador." According to her obituary, her funeral service is scheduled to take place on June 14, 2025, at the Earl M. Temple Memorial Chapel in Oklahoma City.
