The manner in which he navigates through the complications with his calm composure, along with a dangerous air, leaves an impact. In Mayor of Kingstown Season 4, Frank Moses’s presence in the sixth episode is crucial. It suggests that he will be involved in intense action in the upcoming episodes of the series.
Who is Moses on Mayor of Kingstown?
Frank Moses is the Detroit mobster with a dubious nature. He definitely appears to be beneficial to Mike, but slowly reveals his true colors, especially in the sixth episode of Mayor of Kingstown Season 4.

Episode 6 of Mayor of Kingstown Season 4 begins with Mike and Frank discussing the train incident while looking at it from a distance. Frank tells Mike that the incident is a “new kind of boldness” to which Mike accepts, saying that this incident definitely draws the eyes. Seeing that the train is burning, Frank points out that he can “smell the money in the wind”.
Mike informs that KPD is going to begin the investigation with the motive of finding the reason behind the whole incident. Hearing Mike’s words, Frank gets uncomfortable. He admits that there are no ties to the situation that led to him, as he does not own the trains or the tracks. However, as he owns the depot, it could be a link between him and the incident. Frank is ready to take action as he checks the losses before the profits.
While Mike and Frank are discussing the whole disturbance, Mike gets a call from Ian. He informs Mike that Bunny received multiple gunshot wounds and is being taken to the hospital. Mike tells him to secure the place so that Bunny is not harmed any further.
As the episode of Mayor of Kingstown progresses, Frank Moses tells Mike that he has never been arrested. He also assures Mike that Bunny will be able to survive the attack. Mike tells Moses that he will be getting revenge for Bunny, to which Frank gets intrigued. He also wants in on this operation. However, Mike refuses to follow through with the plan with Frank. He does not want to complicate the issue any further.
For now, Mike’s focus is to find the attacker. At the end of the episode, Mike finally realizes that Lamar might be working for Moses. He understands that it might have all been his plan all along. Moses is arrested. He is then taken to the station. However, things get complicated right when they enter the station. A man at the station begins to shoot at Moses. The police are able to evade the bullets and take him to a separate room.
This episode ends with Mike going to visit Bunny at the hospital. It can be understood that Bunny’s situation impacted him heavily. After getting shot multiple times, Bunny’s situation definitely creates a doubt about his well-being in the upcoming episodes of the series.
