Her Mother’s Killer Season 1, also known as La venganza de Analía or Ana’s Revenge, is a Colombian drama series that premiered on August 24, 2023 and is now available on Netflix. The show is created by Clara María Ochoa and Ana Piñeres. It is written by Claudia Sánchez and Said Chamie, Her Mother’s Killer Season 1, is directed by Camilo Vega and Lucho Sierra.

The thriller show features Carolina Gómez in the lead role and revolves around Analía (Gómez), who is a beautiful woman. She decides to get revenge on Guillermo León Mejía (Marlon Moreno), who is responsible for killing her mother and is a Presidential candidate.

Analía travels abroad and becomes an important political advisor. Confident and assured, she becomes Mejía’s right hand and strategist. She plans to gain his trust and place him first in the polls, only to then shed light on his past and publicly shame him.

The show has two seasons so far and the gritty and tense show follows Analía as she overcomes various challenges in her path to destroy Mejía. However, she must also choose between her mission and her lover, Pablo de la Torre (George Slebi).

The character of Pablo adds layers to Her Mother’s Killer Season 1 as Analía’s plan of revenge gets derailed when she encounters her long-lost lover Pablo, who is the son of the man whom she wants her revenge against.
