Silo: Henry Garrett's career and notable projects
As mentioned earlier, Henry Garrett is an English actor hailing from Bristol. He has been actively working since 2007 and has made many small appearances on television shows. He was a student at the Lee Strasberg acting studio in New York, where he honed his acting skills.
Garrett started off his career in 2007 with a role in a short film titled Hell for Leonard. He then went on to kickstart his television career in the same year with his appearance on the BBC One medical drama series Casualty. From 2008 to 2012, Garrett appeared on several television shows such as EastEnders, Doctors, The Bill, Material Girl, Midsomer Murders, Ashes to Ashes etc. Most of his appearances were in supporting roles that lasted for an episode or two.
In 2014, Garrett appeared as Clive Macmillan on two episodes of the highly acclaimed show Peaky Blinders, followed by a recurring role in the first two seasons of Poldark.
As an actor, Garrett depends on drawing inspiration from real life. Before the premiere of The Son season 2 on AMC, he spoke in an interview with Female First, where he highlighted his process of working. He stated:
"I like to take a bit of time out so there are no projects at the moment that I'm working on. I'm not somebody who likes to be working all of the time because, for me as an actor, I try and bring real-life experience into it, and it's hard to get real-life experience when I'm on set all the time. So I like to do other things; be with friends and family who aren't connected to the industry, and to kind of pursue secret endeavours that aren't related to the TV or acting world, and hopefully it will give me knowledge and experience so that when I do have a job, I can bring it to that kind of place and create an authentic character."
Douglas Trumbull was involved in Geroge Wilkins' death on Silo
During the first season, Douglas Trumbull was tasked with arresting George Wilkins for the latter's crime of dealing in Relics and digging into the secrets of the vault. While he was being escorted by Trumbull, Wilkins escaped the former's grasp. He ended up taking his own life by flinging himself from the stairs and falling to his death.
