The Amazing Race Season 37 Episode 10 dropped on May 8, 2025, on CBS and brought forth an elimination. All the remaining players have now entered the finale and will compete in the last episode of the season, which is scheduled to air next week.
In this episode, viewers saw the racers in France trying to follow the rules and ensure they didn't arrive last at the destination. However, for one duo, this task became a nightmare, as they were barely able to complete the entire thing intact.
Brett and Mark went home on The Amazing Race season 37 episode 10. They had been the strongest team until now, but the switch flipped in France when the two finished last and were asked to leave. Here is what happened during their race.
The Amazing Race Season 37 Episode 10 - Who went home?
Hailing from Las Vegas and working in the performance industry, Mark and Brett Romaine were the ones to go home on the latest episode of The Amazing Race.
They have been in a good spot during the recent races and even finished first twice. They never dropped below the fourth position, but fate was not in their favour during the France leg.
Their position was pit to test as soon as they started the race. It was because they lost their sense of direction and could not find a way through. Despite the initial setback, Mark and Brett decided to give it their all and took a Detour. By doing so, they made up the second spot.
But the hit came when they decided to follow Alyssa and Josiah. They ended up getting lost once again, and this time, it was a tough nut to crack. It took the team out of the competition very soon after this.
The Amazing Race Season 37 Episode 10 - Who won the France leg?
The France leg was won by Carson McCalley and Jack Dodge. They have been performing well during the past few weeks, and this gave them a chance to take home a win.
The duo has a strong sense of direction, and this is what bagged them the first place. As for the second place, it was earned by Alyssa and Josiah Borden. The couple decided not to risk anything during this round and to use their Express Pass. It was given to them two weeks ago.
However, they were anxious all along. The couple believed that they were the ones who were about to get eliminated, but that is not the case. Phil Keoghan soon announced that Mark and Brett Romaine were the ones going home in this episode.
As for Ana and Jonathan, it was tough to watch them in the episode. The two got into an argument when they lost direction, and Jonathan called his wife a "terrible" partner for that. It raised red flags in fans' minds about their marriage and personal life.
The Amazing Race Season 37 airs weekly on CBS at 9:30 PM Eastern Time. Later, the episodes can be streamed online via a Paramount Plus subscription.
