For many fans, the When Calls the Heart actor, McGarry, is a familiar face from CBC’s Heartland, in which he starred as Mitch Cutty, a ranch hand whose love life was a long-running and very popular story arc. His work on the series demonstrated that he could convey vulnerability as well as likability, garnering him a devoted fanbase long before his Hallmark success.
