While they are celebrating, George tells Max that she needs to go to Cole. Right when Max is about to leave the house to go to Cole, her mother arrives. On the other hand, Cole is waiting for Max. He thinks about her arrival, doubting whether she will come or not. In the end, he sees that she is not coming. Eventually, he decides to leave.
It cannot be denied that the series perfectly blends the aspects of mystery with thrill in a distinct manner. Wild Cards Season 3 will pick up after the events that the second season left off with. However, it must be noted that there will be a gap of one month between the events of the second season and the third.
