Lee Child's Reacher (Alan Ritchson) universe is expanding on Amazon Prime Video with a Neagley (Maria Sten) spin-off series. The character debuted in Season 1 as a corporate security professional who worked with Jack in the SIU.

Considering the popularity of the parent series, a spin-off series focusing on Sten's character was announced where Neagley will investigate the death of an old friend.

Since Reacher Season 4 will likely be pushed back due to Neagley's production, fans expect to see Ritchson in a cameo appearance in the spin-off series.

While the makers and cast have not confirmed Ritchson's cameo, Reacher can surely appear to help his long-time partner in her spin-off series.

More on Ritchson's potential cameo in Neagley in our story.

Can Alan Ritchson's Reacher appear in the upcoming Neagley spin-off?

While the creators are passionately expanding on Child's universe, fans can't help but hope that Alan Ritchson's Jack will appear in a cameo role in the spin-off series.

Neagley has been one of the titular hero's most loyal and trusted allies in both Seasons 1 and 3. Her brief appearance in the latest season suggests that Reacher trusts her and that he can likely pop in the spin-off series to return the favor.

While Jack is a lone wolf and often likes to work alone, Neagley has never shied away from asking for help. While nothing is confirmed yet, Alan Ritchson will likely have a cameo appearance in the spin-off series. Not only is he a resourceful man, but Neagley asked him to stay in touch, which was likely a tease about the actor's potential cameo in the upcoming spin-off.

Since the series is focused on Neagley's character, fans cannot expect much action from Reacher. However, since Season 4 production will likely be delayed, it would be exciting to see him in action, albeit in a small cameo role.

What has Alan Ritchson said about his cameo in Neagley?

While makers have been tight-lipped about Ritchson's cameo in Neagley, the star teased his return with Forbes:

“That would make sense, but we cannot confirm that it would make sense. It just makes sense in a world of hypotheticals.''

Teasing a little further, he added:

“Like if he popped in for a couple of episodes...but it could happen.''

While Ritchson did not confirm Reacher's cameo in the Neagley spin-off, he seemed interested in the opportunity.

Maria Sten added:

“Yes, we can neither confirm or deny such rumors.''

Clearly, the stars are maintaining a diplomatic stance on Reacher's potential cameo but considering the show's popularity on Amazon Prime Video, he can surely appear.

Since both shows exist in the same universe and the characters share good camaraderie, Ritchson's cameo appearance can help the show reach its target audience.

In addition, fans seemed to have liked Neagley's chemistry with Jack and the actors also share a good working relationship off-screen as Ritchson discussed with Forbes:

“I think we hit it off right away in Season 1 when we started working together. She’s super formidable in life, super smart, intelligent, beautiful and really great at the action. So, there’s definitely a huge level of respect for what she does and now she’s got her own show, which is well deserved.''
