Wilson Bethel is hitting “Bullseye” one after another: After Untamed, the actor is excited about his MCU role in Daredevil: Born Again season 2

After Untamed debuted on 17 July 2025, Wilson Bethel, who stars as Shane Maguire, revealed in a recent interview with ScreenRant that he is excited about his MCU role in Daredevil: Born Again Season 2.

"We literally wrapped shooting two or three adays ago. I am so incredibly proud of the work we did on this new season. I think it's legitimately going to blow people's minds."

Season 1 of Daredevil: Born Again premiered on March 4, 2025, and Season 2 is expected to drop in 2026, as per IMDb. Season 1 wrapped in April, and as the actor confirmed, Season 2 is done filming and starting with post-production. Wilson, while speaking about how excited he is for Daredevil: Born Again Season 2, said that there are new things for the fans of Bullseye and fans of Dex's character. He added that he also got the chance to do something unique in season 2. His words only induce more anticipation from the fans, and what adventure season 2 holds is only to be seen.

"There's not too much I can say without spoiling it this season, but for fans of Bullseye and the Dex character, I get to do some things that are completely new and novel and insane and crazy. I think some of the best work I've done on Daredevil, and maybe on any show, will be out in this new season. I'm very excited for people to see it. I'm thrilled, man. It's one of the jobs that I'm most proud of in my career, so I can't wait for people to share in it." Bethel said.

While the exact date of the premiere is not out the Season 2 will have eight episodes, unlike Season 1, which consisted of nine. The actor further expressed his joy of working as an actor in the interview.

"I'm very excited for people to see it. I'm thrilled, man. It's one of the jobs that I'm most proud of in my career, so I can't wait for people to share in it."
