The four-part series Man vs Baby will feature Atkinson in the same role as his 2022 release, Man Vs Bee. Man Vs Bee found Atkinson's Bingley in an all-out war with an unrelenting bee during a housesitting job, which ended with him being charged on 14 counts of arson, destruction of artwork, and more.

Turns out, Bingley's housesitting days weren't as far behind him as one would assume. Despite working a new job as a school caretaker, Bingley finds himself facing a huge housesitting job for Christmas that he just can't say no to. There's one little problem, though. Well, the problem is not small, but the baby that has been left behind at Bingley's school caretaker job is very small.

Bingley finds himself taking in the baby and trying to find its owners, but the Christmas housesitting job is too good to decline, so off he goes with the baby in tow. The hilarious trailer for Man Vs Baby finds Atkinson's Bingley struggling to do well in his housesitting job while taking care of his unexpected plus-one.

The scene is set, and the havoc is unavoidable.

"After a job looking after a high-tech mansion ended in disaster thanks to an irritating insect in Man vs Bee, Trevor Bingley (Rowan Atkinson) has left the stressful world of housesitting for the quieter life of a school caretaker. That is, until a lucrative offer to look after a luxury London penthouse over Christmas proves too tempting to resist. But on the last day of term, when no one comes to collect the Baby Jesus from the school nativity, Trevor finds himself with another undersized and very unexpected companion. With a penthouse to protect and a baby to burp, will Trevor be able to have the calm Christmas he hopes for, or will festivities descend into chaos?"

The audience, it appears, is locked in for the Man Vs Baby premiere, as it has risen to one of the most-watched trailers with more than 6 million views in the last four days. The Netflix special premieres on December 11, and all four 30-minute episodes will be released at once. Along with starring in the Netflix series, Atkinson has also written and created it in collaboration with William Davies. They were joined by David Kerr as the director for Man Vs Baby.
