Ginny & Georgia season three packed quite a few punches, ranging from Ginny's pregnancy to the tragedy that befell Georgia. Amid such an intense atmosphere, the introduction of the new character of Wolf, played by Ty Dora, was a welcome change in Ginny & Georgia season three.

Ginny struck up a friendship with Wolf after meeting her at a college poetry course, and the latter proved to be like a breath of fresh air in her life. Although their love couldn't withstand the reality of Ginny's pregnancy, it was never meant to last till the finale of the third season of Ginny and Georgia.

Here's everything that you need to know.

Ginny & Georgia: Wolf came as a welcome change in Ginny's life

It can be reasonably said that the latest season of Ginny & Georgia has been particularly harsh on Ginny, following Georgia's arrest. In order to get away from the tumult of her daily life, Ginny decided to take a break from her class at Wellsbury High School and enroll in a college poetry class. She did this to momentarily escape being judged and to find herself in a new environment where nobody knows that her mother is an alleged murderer.

It was at this poetry class that she met Wolf for the first time. Ginny was still recovering from her breakup with Marcus at this point. Therefore, she naturally developed a casual interest in Wolf, who was in sharp contrast to the other intense characters and had a remarkably fun-loving and light-hearted vein.

While life in Wellsbury was just excruciating for Ginny, she found comfort in Wolf's company as their relationship wasn't burdened with expectations. This was further proved when Wolf didn't react negatively after coming to know of Ginny's mother and the allegations against her. Although their relationship didn't last long after Wolf didn't take too kindly to the news of Ginny's pregnancy, it did provide her with the solace she needed.

Brianna Howey and Antonia Gentry speak about Ginny & Georgia season 3

The third season of Ginny & Georgia saw the mother-daughter duo being put to the test like never before. Speaking in an exclusive interview with Deadline, Brianna Howey and Antonia Gentry shared their insights about the third season's most memorable moments. Gentry remarked:

"I love that the show creator wanted to really how important it is to be able to have agency over your own body and to make your own decisions and what’s right for you. Because what’s right for Ginny isn’t necessarily the same thing that was right for Georgia, and I think for Georgia to give Ginny that space to make that choice, (it)’s a testament to how far they’ve come in their relationship. But then she goes and like, I mean …"

Howey similarly added:

"I couldn’t believe Georgia was running again, but we had to wrap our heads around the fact that everyone had gotten into Georgia’s head. She’s seeing all of this, these, diagnoses being made about her online and on TV. Everyone around her is telling her what a horrible mom she is, and she’s starting to truly, truly believe that her children are better off with their dads. And there might be some truth to it, of course. Again, I love that the show isn’t so black and white. There is a lot of gray area."

Ginny & Georgia is available on Netflix.
