Ever since Yellowstone came to an end, fans have been waiting for updates about the franchise’s future. Soon after the Western drama’s finale, it was confirmed that its story will continue with a spin-off series based on Beth Dutton and her husband, Rip Wheeler.

Paramount Global has now confirmed the release window for the upcoming sequel series. During their Q1 2025 earnings call, the company revealed that the Beth and Rip spin-off will arrive in November 2025. Considering that the show was greenlit just a few months back, the release window does seem pretty early

Paramount also confirmed the reports that the upcoming show will be titled Dutton Ranch. Along with the Yellowstone spin-off, another popular Taylor Sheridan series, Landman, will return with its second season in November this year.

Yellowstone’s Beth and Rip spin-off, Dutton Ranch, to premiere in November 2025

Dutton Ranch will premiere on Paramount Network in November 2025, keeping up with the tradition of Yellowstone’s last three seasons, which also debuted in the month of November.

New episodes will be made available to stream on Paramount+ a day after their television premiere, so audiences will not have to wait for the whole season to come to an end to stream the show on Peacock, as was the case with the original series.

Confirming the release window, Paramount Global announced during their Q1 earnings call:

“Now turning to Yellowstone, the series remains the number one start driver and the number one engagement driver for us internationally. And the momentum will continue as we expand the franchise with three new series, starting with the Dutton Ranch, which will premiere globally in Q4. Last year's smash hit, Landman returns in November plus the all new Yellowstone franchise extensions, the Dutton Ranch.”

The spin-off series will follow up on the events of the Yellowstone series finale, where Beth and Rip decided to start afresh at their new ranch in Dillon, Montana. Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser are reprising their roles as Beth and Rip, respectively, for the sequel series.

Considering the show is named Dutton Ranch, other characters from the original Western drama might also make appearances in the spin-off. Meanwhile, the franchise continues to grow as Beth and Rip are not the only ones getting their own series. Beth’s brother, Kayce Dutton, is also confirmed to have his show titled Y: Marshals, with Luke Grimes reprising his role.

A neo-Western drama set in the same universe and titled The Madison is in the works as well, starring Michelle Pfeiffer, Patrick J. Adams, Matthew Fox, and Elle Chapman. Other spin-offs that are currently in development include 6666 and 1944.
