Beyond the Gates Daily Y.A.P.P for Thursday, December 4th: Like Mother, Like Daughter
Welcome to the Beyond the Gates Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:
What Happened on Beyond the Gates

Sometimes I just sit and shake my head at Nicole. On the one hand, she agrees to help her mortal enemy, Leslie Thomas, with a family emergency, and with the same hand, makes sure that Leslie knows she still hates her. Can't forget to make sure she knows it and to make sure she says it in front of the people Leslie holds dear. Leslie came to Niocle to enlist her help with Peaches, asking her not to give up and to do the clinical trial. Nicole agreed begrudgingly, and when the talk had the desired effect, Leslie and Eva came into the room. Nicole did not miss the opportunity to make sure Leslie knew she didn't do it for her. Could have just stayed quiet, Nicole, if you knew how.

Kat, clearly, Nicole’s mini-me inserted herself into a private conversation between Eva and Samantha without any context and started berating Eva in front of Samantha and June, no less. All those years on the streets, I was surprised June didn't snatch Kat’s wig and introduce her to the front door and the kerb. These two walk around as if they are the very pinnacle of society, yet they represent some of the worst personalities in Fairmont Crest. Which is why I’ll be highly disappointed if the new arrival at the end of the episode, Dr Rollins, who is sure to be played by the latest casting, Greg Vaughan (General Hospital and Days of our Lives) is slated to be Nicole's new love interest.
