Beyond the Gates Recap for November 4, 2025: Pamela campaigned for Forrester Creations and Vanessa became Diego's boss

Here's what went down Tuesday, November 4, 2025 on Beyond the Gates when Nicole suggested that hot-to-parent Jacob get a practice kid, Hayley didn't just spill the tea, and Randy's kissing cousins story fell apart.

What happened on Beyond the Gates

On Beyond the Gates, Pamela arrived at Dani's to find Andre working out. When Andre realized Pamela had come to talk to him and not her friend/client, Andre caught on that Pamela wanted to once again address that “modeling thing.” Pamela reiterated that Dani had given up the Forrester Creations campaign for Andre, who recognized that and conveyed how Dani had said it was her way of giving in their marriage after she had done so much taking. Pamela became animated and stopped short of accusing Andre of actively destroying Dani's career.

Andre understood how Dani inspired loyalty in her loved ones and agreed that her level of passion was incredible. Pamela remembered Dani's first fashion show as a 17-year-old, which was engineered for the models to bomb, but Dani had made the runway her own with her confidence. Both Andre and Pamela understood why Dani had quit modeling at the height of her fame to marry Bill and raise a family with him, but Pamela added that Andre's refusal to model was damaging Dani's chances at a comeback. Between Dani shooting up Bill's wedding and drunkenly marrying Andre in Vegas, she was a curiosity to people – and now she and Andre were both media darlings. Pamela didn't want to have to tell Dani that her star had burned out and asked Andre why he didn't want his picture taken. Andre never did answer the question.

Dani went to see Bill, who was unhappy with her arrival. Bill reported that Caroline had set him straight about his priorities and that he had rededicated himself to Hayley. Dani said that she had had a similar conversation with Andre, but that she wasn't there for anything personal – she wanted Bill's help with the upcoming Dupree Heritage Foundation's Winterfest. Bill consented to a huge donation, though Dani wanted him to emcee, as he always had before their marriage fell apart.

The former Hamiltons recalled how, the previous year, Bill's appearance had been marred by the fact that he had already announced his engagement to Hayley – and that Bill had to take the stage because the programs with his name on them had already gone out. Bill suggested that Martin take his place, but Dani said matter-of-factly that the event needed him. The lawyer confessed that he was touched to be included but wanted to be sure that Hayley would receive an invitation. Dani assured him she would.

An angry Hayley confronted Randy at the casino, wanting to know why he'd told Joey that they were having an affair. “Oh, that,” Randy said sheepishly. Randy clarified that Joey had no idea he and Hayley were cousins, but Hayley worried that Joey might tell Bill about the perceived infidelity. After Randy opined that there would be nothing in it for Joey if he ratted them out, he became concerned that Hayley had told Joey that Randy's name was “Sammy.”

However, Randy was impressed to hear how Hayley had turned getting snagged looking at properties in St. Barts into Bill buying her one. Hayley couldn't wait until Bill was “in the ground” so she could collect on his $10 million life insurance policy, plus the trust fund he had set up for the baby she never intended to have. Randy cautioned Hayley to take things slow; she promised to play the long game and not get caught up in feelings. Besides, Hayley knew from Dani's experience with Bill that he would only trade her in the minute age began to show on her. “Who hurt you?” Randy asked. Hayley replied that plenty of men had, and that she wasn't going to be like Dani, losing her mind over a single one.

Hayley arrived at Bill's office, annoyed to see Dani there. Dani made a graceful exit; hearing that Bill had given Dani money, Hayley was initially furious at the idea until she realized he had only donated to his ex-in-laws' charity. Bill pshawed that Dani had plenty of her own money and mentioned that he had been asked to emcee Winterfest...being sure to mention that Hayley was expected there. Talk shifted to Italian food, which made the Hamiltons reminisce about their honeymoon in Italy – Bill again apologized for having to cut their celebration short and promised to take Hayley back to Rome as soon as he was able.

When their Italian feast was delivered, Hayley took the opportunity to poison Bill's tea after he had stepped out. Hayley handed the drink to her husband, who was growing disenchanted with tea, since Hayley had been serving him so much of it. “It's good for you! Drink up!” Hayley said cheerfully before Bill downed the tainted beverage.

Vanessa dined at the country club with Joey, who was surprised that his lover was so willing to “parade” him around Fairmont Crest. The widowed realtor said that no one else knew the true nature of their relationship, but when Vanessa put her hand on Joey's, socialite Anastasia approached and lambasted Vanessa for cavorting with a suspicious character like Joey so soon after Doug had passed. Everyone knew that Doug had turned to drinking and gambling because of Vanessa's promiscuity, Anastasia droned, adding that Vanessa was weak-willed when it came to men. Anastasia was rendered speechless when Joey stoically piped up that he had had Doug killed so he could take his wife.

Seeing Vanessa's pained expression once Anastasia made her uncomfortable exit, Joey assured Vanessa that he had only been joking about having any part in Doug's death – and that he had only said it to stick it to Anastasia. Vanessa calmed down and lamented that her peers only saw Joey one way – and saw her as Joey's helpless prey. Vanessa bragged that she had worn many hats in her life, and had succeeded at whatever she'd put her mind to.

Joey sensed that Vanessa was once again campaigning to be put on Joey's payroll; Vanessa expected to be shut down again, but Joey proposed that Vanessa run Heart Attach, his escort service. Vanessa was underwhelmed at first, but Joey wanted to start her off slow, and she took the position once Joey presented it as a “take it or leave it” offer. Joey also thought it would be bad for business if Vanessa had sex with the employees; Vanessa reminded Joey that she had been one of the service's top clients, but her jaw dropped when Joey revealed that Diego was one of his more popular escorts.

Vanessa was flabbergasted and mentioned that she had never paid to have sex with Diego. Joey quipped that Vanessa owed him retroactively; Vanessa wanted to away to her house to begin working off her debt, but Joey had business to take care of and departed. Seeing Diego confirm plans with Anastasia, Vanessa couldn't help taunting the gossip, who, flustered, claimed Diego was only going to teach her how to play pickleball. Vanessa grinned that “hide the pickle” was more like it, and that Anastasia had better start being more discreet, since Diego worked for her now.

When Joey returned to the Lakeview, Randy was forthcoming that he only really knew Hayley from having to take her to the hospital during her miscarriage; he had simply made up the part about sleeping with her to “impress the boss.” Joey wondered if Randy was covering some other connection to Hayley and pronounced to his employee that he would figure out whatever that connection was.

Chelsea got up to date with the problems that sister Naomi and brother-in-law Jacob were having over their almost pregnancy making Jacob realize that he wanted children, while Naomi stubbornly didn't. Naomi scoffed that Jacob had suggested couples therapy, but that he was the one who really needed counseling. Chelsea felt Naomi was being too harsh and wondered if Mrs. Hawthorne was willing to put her marriage into “the reject pile” over this one problem. Naomi listened as Chelsea attributed Naomi's instinct to argue against Jacob's feelings to “lawyer reflexes,” and as Chelsea asked if Naomi would rather be right or work things out with her husband in a way that made them both happy.

The topic turned to their mother's quickie Vegas wedding – Naomi was sure that Dani was just digging her heels in, staying married to Andre, rather than admit that her latest impulsive decision had been a mistake. The sisters were also still in disbelief about their father's marriage to Hayley; Naomi did feel bad that she had accused her former friend of faking her pregnancy, only for her to suffer a miscarriage. Chelsea noted that miscarriages could be faked, but Naomi felt that staging one would be too complicated.

Jacob paid Nicole a visit; Nicole smiled that the last time Jacob had arrived unexpectedly, it had been to investigate her for choking Leslie. Nicole said that Leslie couldn't get to her anymore since her divorce from Ted had become final – Nicole reflected how the gulf between her and Ted had just gotten too wide. Jacob worried that he and Naomi were headed for a similar fate and explained their baby conflict, conceding that he had, in fact, changed regarding the subject of children since they'd been married.

Nicole put forward that Jacob could work with kids in a volunteer position, such as the Big Brother program that Tomás was involved in. That way, Nicole surmised, Jacob could be near children in real life situations, which would help him understand what parenthood might entail – and buy him and Naomi time to come to some sort of understanding. Jacob didn't think such exposure to kids would tamp down his desire for one, but he agreed to consider the suggestion and took the referral Nicole handed him for another therapist, since, as a family member, it would be unethical for Nicole to treat Jacob.

Jacob found Naomi in the hospital cafeteria; she was pleased to hear that he had sought out therapy for himself. Naomi surprised Jacob by offering to come along and attend couples therapy with him after all.
