What to Expect on Beyond the Gates
It’s a challenging time for the Dupree Matriarch as she nervously awaits the results of her biopsy, but there is always help at hand from friends and family if she just tells them. In Friday's episode, Sharon (Bonita Brisker) and Tracy (Maria Howell) arrive to support Anita (Tamara Tunie) in her time of need. This might not be the best time for Sharon to be around, especially if the news of Leslie's revelation to Ted spreads around Fairmont Crest. Anita might want to have a different sort of talk with Sharon instead of the heart-to-heart that she and her friends are about to have.
Leslie stuns Ted
In Friday's episode, Leslie (Trisha Mann-Grant) and Peaches (Arle Michel) have a bonding moment before Leslie then drops a major Dupree revelation on Ted. Ted (Keith D. Robinson) can scarcely believe his ears after Leslie drops this one on him. Not that Vernon (Clifton Davis) had an affair, but that he is having, currently, right now, and in the present tense, he is having an affair. Ted asks the poignant question: "With whom?" Will Ted believe this, and if so, will he tell anyone? Or will he keep this piece of news to himself? The evidence is stacking up against Vernon, and he would have a hard time proving this isn't the case without revealing what he's actually up to. None of us really believes the man is stepping out on his wife. Thats too much of a leap.

In Fridays episdode, Dani gets some tantalizing updates from her sister. Nicole (Daphnée Duplaix) has a lot to talk to Dani (Karla Mosley) about as the two haven’t really had a good catch up in a little while. Nicole will be able to tell her sister all about Dr. Kial Rollins (Greg Vaughan) and spill the tea on her steamy indoor date with another doctor, Carlton. After one the time those two had, we expect Nicole to be all love and light and smiles.
