Fairmont Crest takes on a somber tone as one of our beloved characters, Dr. Doug McBride (Jason Graham), is laid to rest. In Tuesday's episode, Fairmont Crest mourns one of their own. Even though everyone is going to come together, there are a few people who are not unhappy that Doug is no longer with the living, namely, Joey (Jon Lindstrom) and Marcel. (Darryl W. Handy) The questions surrounding the fatal car accident are still at the forefront of our minds, but temporarily, let's all say goodbye to Vanessa’s (Lauren Buglioli) husband.

Big moves and Bold moves

Kat (Colby Muhammed) walked away from Eva’s (Ambyr Michelle) apartment, leaving behind a smug Eva and a distraught Tomas (Alex Alegria). Still, she is not over Tomas at all, nor about to cut him out of her life. Kat has a plan, and it’s to ensure that Eva does not win or get to be with Tomas. In Tuesday’s episode, Kat makes a bold move in the relationship department, and in other news, Joey alters reality. Joey will do anything to make sure that he remains as far from the evidence trail as possible.

Leslie (Trisha Mann-Grant) knows what it’s like to be in her daughter's shoes and has a lot to say on what happened and what should be done next. You have to fight, Eva, whether it’s clean or dirty. In Tuesday’s episode, Eva gets some bad advice. Additionally, not giving up on Tomas, Eva plans to confront him about what happened. Also in Tuesday’s episode, Carlton (Robert Christopher Riley) receives some unwanted attention. Leslie had her eye on him during the Articulettes concert, and that would be interesting for Ted (Keith D. Robinson) to see Leslie trying to flirt with him. Losing twice to Carlton may be too much for Dr Richardson.

In Tuesday’s episode, Donnell (Alex Cheeks) asks Jacob painful questions about his father. Arriving at the police station, Donnell doesn't even realize how close he is to the person who could give him all the answers regarding his father's death.
