What to expect on Beyond the Gates
Kat (Colby Muhammed) is playing this like a masterclass in home sleuthing, not Jacobs' (Jibre Hordges) words, of course, but Kat is on a roll. After watching Leslie (Trisha Mann-Grant) confidently move about as if butter wouldn't melt in her mouth, Kat finally has a plan that could work. The bait is set, and in Thursday's episode, Kat sets a trap for Leslie. Will Kat finally have done what no one else could do? Outwit, outplay, and outlast Leslie? For you, Leslie, the tribe has spoken.
In search of a story
Martin's (Brandon Claybon) demons constantly threaten to come to the surface, and his nightmares have gotten worse. More than that, Martin has had to lie to his husband, Smitty (Mike Manning), about what they are and what they mean. Can Martin keep playing this game, or will the stress and pressure get to him? Like a steam valve, the pressure has to be released, and Martin has to talk to someone. The only one he can speak to is world-renowned psychiatrist Nicole Richardson (Daphnée Duplaix). Meanwhile, in Thursday's episode, Smitty's new assignment could spell trouble for Martin. Once Smitty sniffs a story or angle, he won't let it go and pursues the idea with the likeness of a bloodhound. And the mysterious man working at the Country Club who has taken an interest in Martin and Vernon (Clifton Davis), eagle-eyed viewers will notice the name Kenneth on his name badge, that's a name not to forget, and his part in all of this will soon be revealed.

After learning of his daughter, Ted (Keith D. Robinson) has made more than an effort to include her in his life; he’s doing all he can to show Eva (Ambyr Michelle) that she may not have had a father figure growing up, but she does now and can always rely on that. In Thursdays epeiode, Ted has a surprising offer for Eva. What will this offer be? Making her a Richardson properly? If so, that may be a difficult swallow for some.
