What to expect on Beyond the Gates

With Tracy (Maria Howell) and Anita (Tamara Tunie) now face to face and the initial pleasantries out of the way, the stage is set for the two of them to really begin talking about the past and what tore them apart. Both will have lots to say, but Anita needs to listen, as by her own admission, it was she who caused the rift. On Fridays, Anita and Tracy finally confront the betrayal that tore them apart. But can these bridges be mended, or has too much time passed?
Ted makes an accusation

It’s time for people to realize just what sort of monster Leslie (Trisha Mann-Grant) is and what she’s capable of. Kat (Colby Muhammed) knows in her heart that it was Leslie behind it all, Jacob (Jibre Hordges) knows it too, but it’s not what you know, it’s what you can prove, and herein lies the rub. In Friday's episode, Ted (Keith D. Robinson) corners Leslie with a devastating accusation. Will this be about Laura (Destiny Love) or something else from their past? An end-of-week showdown is a great way to finish the week, and anytime Leslie is accused of anything, it always results in her getting the last word…or action in.
Doug, Joey, and Vanessa, a deadly triangle

Doug (Jason Graham) heard his wife, Vanessa (Lauren Buglioli), say out loud for the first time that she sees other men. It was not lost on Doug that Joey (Jon Lindstrom) affectionately touches his wife, and the times he’s witnessed them being together look more than just financially rewarding. In Friday's episode, Doug begins to connect the dots about Joey's "friendship" with his wife and how Joey may be about to take much more from Doug than he realizes. Can Doug get control of the situation before he loses everything?
Secrets and nightmares

Martin (Brandon Claybon) can be difficult to communicate with at times, at least Smitty (Mike Manning) thinks so, and Smitty has more than a few questions for his husband right now. Like, why does he never talk about what are obviously nightmares he’s having and what they are about, and more importantly, maybe, why does Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durett) think it’s in their best interest if Martin remembers that they are on the same team? In the Friday episode, Martin's lack of communication frustrates Smitty. But Smitty does this thing for a living, and giving up when there is the truth out there isn't what he’s about to do. Will Smitty notice the mysterious person(Kenny, played by Jason Vendryes) watching Martin and Vernon (Clifton Davis)?
