Things are heating up in the Martin (Brandon Claybon) and his secrets and nightmares storyline. Martin decides to make a scene in the faitmont crest Country Club dining room. Martin announces to all present that while he may have done something terrible one night, he then points at Bill (Timon Kyle Durett), saying,” This man.” Bill interrupts this to caution Martin, saying, “Martin, mind your surroundings.” There in the background, overhearing and witnessing everything, is Kenny (Jason Vendryes), whom we know very little about except he’s involved with both Martin and Vernon (Clifton Davis). Elsewhere at Joey's (Jon Lindstrom) casino, Vanessa (Lauren Buglioli) is on a hot streak and winning at the high rollers table; Joey calls her a natural, and the next thing we see, they are tearing each other's clothes off. Clearly, Doug (Jason Graham) hasn't come clean about gambling debt and the ramifications of getting too close to Joey, how on earth is Doug going to get out of this one while keeping his marriage? Over at the offices of Bill Hamilton Esq. Naomi (Arielle Prepetit) is pointing at Bill’s wife, Hayley (Marquita Goings), and asking if she now has to plan a babymoon/ girls trip for her step-monster. Has Hayley discovered she is pregnant after all? If there's one person who isn't going to believe this at face value, it’s Bill's ex, Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley). Dani confronts Hayley and challenges her to do a pregnancy test in front of her, or, if she wants to prove that she’s a liar, just say no. Having learnt a trick or two from her mother, Eva (Ambyr Michelle) uses her spare key to get into her mom's apartment, saying, “Always have a spare, that's what you taught me, Momma.” What was Eva doing at her mom's apartment? Leslie (Trisha Mann-Grant) comforts her daughter Eva and growls at her, “What did you do with my helmet and gloves?” Eva just defiantly stares at her. Is this the evidence that will blow this case wide open? I say this every week now, but hang tight, soap fans, next week is going to be fire.
