Next week, on The Young and the Restless, Daniel (Michael Graziadei) seems to be amazed by the talented person that Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) is. He recently realized while talking to his dad, Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) that he might be developing feelings for his guitar teacher and friend.

While at Katherine Chancellor Park, Tessa gushes to Daniel about her excitement that he is ready to play his first song for his musician father, and is sure that he will be proud of his son. But Daniel is in awe of the woman in front of him, and tells her so. Will Tessa reciprocate Daniel’s feelings?

Meanwhile, Sally (Courtney Hope) and Billy (Jason Thompson) are gearing up for the launch party of Abbott Communications, which is set to happen this week…or is it? When they arrive at what they think is their party, they are shocked.

Decked out in the dawn of TV-themed attire, they arrive at their party at Society expecting a full house. Instead, they are jaw-dropped to find the place nearly empty, except for one solo guest, not necessarily of honor, waiting at the bar. “Hey guys…glad you made it. I was starting to get worried,” Cane (Billy Flynn) quips.

Claire (Hayley Erin) has had enough of Audra Charles' (Zuleyka Silver) meddling in her life and wants some ammo to use against her. She has been pressing Holden to share what he knows about his ex, and what went down in L.A. when they were together, but he has been very reluctant to open up.

All we’ve known so far is that he helped Audra out of a situation with Tucker (Trevor St. John). Holden and Claire talk again next week and he admits that what went down back then wasn’t totally legal. Claire wonders if Holden is keeping it a secret to protect himself, Audra, or both. “If you knew the truth about what happened, I’m afraid it might change the way that you see me,” Holden tells her.
