And the winner is The Young and the Restless' Susan Walters

Susan Walters had a stellar year as a resurrected Diane Jenkins as she navigated life as an Abbott once more and all that came with. Diane fixed her relationship with her son, married Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), and became the lady of the manor. She was also furious with Jack for taking drugs while he was trying to do an active intervention with alcoholic Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). That incident scared the life out of Diane, as she feared losing Jack to addiction. She was also infuriated for all he would do for his ex-wife.

In her acceptance speech, Walters thanked her husband of 40 years, Linden Ashby, who was nominated for Outstanding Guest Performer his role as Cameron Kirsten on The Young and the Restless.

Walters also thanked her co-stars and Y&R's executive producer, Josh Griffith, saying, "Michael Mealor and Peter Bergman, I couldn't have done any of it without you. You are the most generous scene partners that I have ever worked with. Josh Griffith, when you brought Diane back to life, you gave me life."
