Melissa Claire Egan, who plays Chelsea Lawson on The Young and the Restless, is showing her generosity again. Hot on the heels of singing at the Troubadour for co-star Lily Brooks O’Briant’s fundraiser for St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Egan is hosting another event for a special cause.
The Young and the Restless fetches the future
Melissa Claire Egan of The Young and the Restless is inviting fans to join her and other dog-loving daytime stars at an interactive event benefitting Dharma Rescue for Disabled Dogs.
At the event, Egan and other daytime actors will be signing autographs and taking photos with fans. There are planned raffles, and attendees will be able to bid on unique Y&R auction items. You’ll also be able to “hang out with amazing dogs of Dharma Rescue.”
Mark your calendars for Friday, August 15th. The event is being held at the Burbank Marriott — the same location as the Y&R and B&B fan event the following day. Daytime for Dogs will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., and tickets are $50. Ticketholders are promised a meet and greet with Egan, and a “guaranteed selfie” with the star.
