Cane Ashby's (Billy Flynn) whole objective in amassing a fortune and assuming the identity of the enigmatic Aristotle Dumas was, in part, an effort to rewin the love of his ex-wife, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). Over the last several months, he's made a few inroads as Lily has shown some sympathy towards her ex. She defended him to Adam (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and invited him to the Abbott Communications launch party.

On Wednesday's show, watch for Cane to make a bold move to impress Lily. Is Cane going to try to get back his AI program and destroy it? That might get Lily to give him another chance!

Past Imperfect

Last week, Sally (Courtney Hope) pointed out to Adam that when they were together, he was more willing to break away from his demanding father, Victor (Eric Braeden). On Wednesday's episode, watch for Sally and Adam to discuss their complicated past. Is Adam going to realize that maybe he was better off with Sally than he was with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan)? Sally may not know, however, that Chelsea has also been pushing Adam to be a better person and to stand up against his father. Perhaps Adam will be reminded of Chelsea's positive influence on him through his conversation with Sally.

Taniel or Teriah

Mariah (Camryn Grimes) has been absent for quite some time now while she gets help for her mental state at a clinic in Boston. Tessa (Cait Fairbanks), meanwhile, has been developing feelings for Daniel (Michael Graziadei), who has been trying to move forward in life following the brutal murder of Heather (Vail Bloom), the woman he loved.

On Wednesday's show, watch for Tessa to explore her feelings for Daniel. Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) has warned her son that his heart might be broken by Tessa. But it may not if Tessa ends up returning Daniel's feelings and decides she wants a future with him. However, if Mariah returns to Tessa and Genoa City ready to resume their life together, then Tessa may face a big dilemma! Stay tuned.
