The Young and the Restless Spoilers, July 15: Nick devises an escape plan

The Young and the Restless spoilers for June 15 have Nick devising an escape plan, Chance investigating a crime, and Lily's world getting turned upside down.

Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) has been vocal about wanting to get away from Cane's (Billy Flynn) chateau and getting him and his family back to Genoa City. On Tuesday's show, watch for Nick to come up with a scheme that will hopefully have him and his loved ones saying "au revoir" to Cane's hospitality and his maze of shrubbery.

Inspector Chance

As a lawman from the United States, Chance may not have jurisdiction to officially investigate crimes in France, but no one can deny he's a top-notch lawman. Who better than Chance to investigate the horrific attack on poor Damian (Jermaine Rivers) that took place on Monday's episode?

On Tuesday's show, watch for Chance to want to talk to Cane's guests and anyone else who is on the scene. If Chance comes up with some conclusions, he may go ahead and involve French authorities. That is, if they can make their way up the mountain to get to the scene of the crime!

Short-lived romance

Lily (Christel Khalil) will likely never think of France the same way ever again. First, she was thrown for a loop when Aristotle Dumas turned out to be Cane Ashby, her ex-husband. Lily wanted no part of Cane, and she was turned off by his elaborate ruse having anything to do with him wanting her back. She kissed Damian in front of Cane to send him a message.

Then, Lily let Damian know that she did care for him. They kissed again (unaware that Cane was watching them), and then, they went back to her train cabin for some intimacy. Now, Lily is going to be shattered by what's happened to Damian.

Will she let Cane back into her life to provide comfort? Cane would likely want to be there for Lily, but there might be too much water under the bridge for that to happen.
