Here are The Young and the Restless spoilers for next week, when Lily is closer to getting some answers, but needs to give some herself first. Here’s a look ahead at the episodes we’ll see from Monday, May 5th to Friday, May 9th, 2025.
Next Week on The Young and the Restless

At the Genoa City Athletic Club, Damian (Jermaine Rivers) meets with Lily (Christel Khalil), who is having breakfast alone. He tells her that he kept his promise and is trying to set up a meeting for her with Aristotle Dumas. In fact, Damian contacted Dumas directly and told him that Lily wanted him to arrange a meeting between the two. However, Damian tells Lily that Aristotle wants to know what Lily is hoping to gain from the meeting. It’s a valid question, but does Lily have a justifiable answer? The mysterious Artistotle has remained a mystery for years by not being seen, and not answering questions. Will Lily be able to draw him (or her) out from the shadows and finally find out their real identity — and what their true intentions are in Genoa City?

Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) stunned Summer (Allison Lanier) when she resigned from her position at Marchetti as their creative director, but assumed that Sally (Courtney Hope) would take over her position. Little did she know that Sally had similar plans and was also resigning to join Billy (Jason Thompson) at Abbott Communications. Now that Chelsea has committed to Newman Media, she is back under Victor’s control. Is she already feeling the crunch? Next week, Chelsea is upset and tells Adam that she just joined the Newman company, and something has happened that she’s not too happy about. She wonders if Victor is testing her loyalty. Will she pass the test? Victor has wanted Adam to use the company to hurt people in the past. Adam didn’t have a problem writing a hit piece on Billy, but he drew the line at hurting Jack (Peter Bergman). Will Victor see Chelsea’s position as a way to use the company for his personal revenge — and would she do his bidding?

Next week, Phyllis interrupts Billy’s dinner with Sally to let him know that she found out he has already replaced her with Sally at Abbott Communications. Phyllis is hurt and angry, but Billy might have made a big mistake in thinking that Phyllis wasn’t able to focus. Phyllis tells him quite clearly that he is going to regret firing her — and by the looks on Billy and Sally’s faces, they know she means it.
