All aboard! The train is leaving the station: Next stop? Aristotle Dumas! Next week on The Young and the Restless, those with the elite invitations travel from Genoa City to Nice, France, and their destination is the summer home of Aristotle Dumas.

As we hear a train whistle blow, Sharon (Sharon Case) looks around the train car. She notes that it seems like the train is finally starting to move and they are on their way. Across the car, Billy (Jason Thompson) and Sally (Courtney Hope) sit on bar stools. Billy looks at Victor (Eric Braeden) and asks if he’s ready to meet the mysterious billionaire, Aristotle Dumas. But Victor doesn’t express the concern and wonder that his travel companions seem to have. Instead, he throws on a knowing, almost condescending smile. Why does Victor always seem to act like he knows more about Aristotle than everyone else? Does he really know something, or is it a facade?

When the train arrives in the French Riviera, their questions are not answered. In fact, they only have more of them. Next week, Jack (Peter Bergman), Diane (Susan Walters), Kyle (Michael Mealor), and Audra (Zuleyka Silver) arrive at the entrance to Aristotle’s estate. There, they are greeted by Dumas’ assistant, Carter (Vincent Stalba), but they aren’t welcomed into the house, at least not yet. Instead, Carter announces that they are the entrance to their “first” challenge: a maze. Where will it lead?

As the guests arrive, they realize that things aren’t quite how they imagined them to be. Lily (Christel Khalil) starts to have some growing concern that the experience isn’t going to be as they thought. But little does she know that she is being watched on a closed circuit television — presumably by Aristotle Dumas. Why the interest in Lily? We’ll find out next week. That secret and more will be revealed by Friday, as will the true identity of Aristotle Dumas — and his actual connection to Amanda.
