Stars from The Young and the Restless revealed last month that they were taking part in ABC's Celebrity Family Feud against General Hospital. Now, we know the full rosters of who is competing from the two soap operas.

Lauralee Bell (Christine) and Michelle Stafford (Phyllis) shared on their social media accounts that they were taking part in ABC's Celebrity Family Feud, hosted by Steve Harvey. In addition to Bell and Stafford, the other Y&R actors playing the feud are Joshua Morrow (Nicholas), Bryton James (Devon), and Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea).

The actors shared on Instagram how they traveled from Los Angeles to Atlanta, where the game show is taped. "A fun weekend...Both shows are family," posted Stafford. Added Bell: "Loved our extra bonding sessions on the plane rides."

While we knew which five Y&R stars were partaking in the show, we knew less than half of the GH contingent. We spied in some social posts that GH actors Finola Hughes (Anna) and Donnell Turner (Curtis) were representing the team from Port Charles. Now, we can share that Maurice Benard (Sonny), Rena Sofer (Lois), and Tanisha Harper (Jordan) are the other General Hospital stars who'll be playing against The Young and the Restless stars when the show airs later this summer.

A long-running feud

Family Feud began on ABC back in 1976 and was first hosted by Richard Dawson (Hogan's Heroes). That's when celebrity versions of the show started. Veteran viewers recall GH going up against a host of other ABC soaps, including All My Children, One Life to Live, Edge of Night, and Ryan's Hope. Dawson took home the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Host in a Game or Audience Participation Show in 1978. That was the same year he hosted the annual awards show.

The initial incarnation of Family Feud aired on both ABC and in syndication until 1985. The show's next host, which aired on CBS and in syndication, was Ray Combs, who emceed the program from 1988 to 1994. Plenty of CBS soap stars appeared on that version of the show pretty easily, as it was shot at Television City, Y&R's home.

Other hosts of Family Feud over the years include comedian Louie Anderson, Richard Karn (Home Improvement), and John O'Hurley (ex-Jim, Y&R; ex-Jonathan/Keith, Loving; Seinfeld). Harvey became the show's host in 2010.

Celebrity Family Feud premieres on Thursday, July 10 at 8 p.m. on ABC and streams the next day on Hulu
