Hot on the heels of the rumor that All My Children alum Walt Willey (ex-Jackson Montgomery) is heading to The Young and the Restless as Sharon's father comes buzz that One Life to Live alum Trevor St. John (ex-Todd Manning/Victor Lord Jr.) is on his way to the CBS soap as Sharon's ex/Mariah's father, Frank Barritt.
Unfortunately for fans who were hoping for an ABC soap father-palooza on Y&R, Willey put the kibosh on the rumor he'll be playing Sharon's dad. And Soap Central has it on good authority that St. John won't be heading to Genoa City, either.
While it's a bummer for hopeful viewers, we'd guess the news is great for Sharon (Sharon Case). After all, it would be quite a nightmare for both your estranged pop and your supposedly deceased ex-baby daddy to drop into town at the same time. Talk about daddy issues!
