Fan favorite The Young and the Restless character Jack Abbott is about to experience a reunion that puts his entire future into a tailspin.
Portrayer Peter Bergman reveals that his storyline is about to get kicked up a notch, all thanks to a certain someone special.
"Jack is foundering a bit, and I just got the news that someone is walking back into his life who he thought was long gone, and I'm very excited about it," the actor teases to Soap Opera Digest. "It takes Jack into a whole new direction. I sit in my dressing room and they drop a script with me and I open it and I say, 'Oh my God. This could be incredible.' And so it just goes on. It has been a treasure trove of jewels that I've gotten to play and I feel like the luckiest guy in the world."
At this point, there's no word on whether or not the blast from Jack's past is someone currently on the canvas who reenters the cosmetic CEO's life or if it's a long-gone character from days of yore. It looks like viewers will have to continue tuning in to Y&R to find out!
