Love is in the air for The Young and the Restless' Kristoff St. John (Neil Winters), who announced that he asked his girlfriend Kseniya Mikhaleva to marry him, and she said yes!
The actor shared the exciting news via his Instagram account along with photos of the engagement ring and photos of the lovebirds celebrating together.
St. John first shared news of his romance with Russian model Mikhaleva in February, after the pair met in Paris. He posted a collage of photos with the caption: "You never know what life will bring you."
The fresh and happy start is an especially wonderful thing for the actor, who has had a rough journey the past few years. As fans may recall, St. John was quite open about his personal battles with depression following the death of his son, Julian, in 2015. The actor also took a leave of absence from Y&R last October to undergo psychiatric treatment after a reported scare regarding his mental health.
St. John shared a message of gratitude with fans upon his return to Y&R earlier this spring: "Your words of support during my absence from Y&R, and welcoming me back to the show with open arms, has been the fuel to light the flames of courage, strength, and inspiration in my being. I am full of gratitude, and lucky to have you."
