Wanna see how hunky soap opera stars live? Now's your chance, because both The Young and the Restless stars Jason Thompson (Billy Abbott) and Scott Elrod (ex-Joe Clark) have put their L.A. homes on the market.

What does a house with an outdoor bathtub have in common with a house that features an indoor swing? They've both been put up for sale by actors from The Young and the Restless.

The Los Angeles Times reports that Jason Thompson (Billy Abbott; ex-Patrick Drake, General Hospital) has placed a Hollywood Hills house owned by a trust connected to his name for sale at $1.275 million. The Mid-century Modern one-story has many quirky features, including a 70-inch white soaking tub set on a sheltered deck off the master suite. For photos of the listing, click here.

Meanwhile, Scott Elrod (ex-Joe Clark) recently sold his home in Hollywood Hills West for $3.4 million -- just shy of the $3.438 million he reportedly paid for it three years ago. The gated Tudor-inspired house, built in 1931, has whimsical features like wood-beam cathedral ceilings and a wooden swing hung from a sturdy truss in the great room. Thompson got his start in the soap opera industry with the role of General Hospital's Patrick, which he played from 2005 to 2016. He joined the cast of Y&R as a recast for the character of Billy Abbott right after he left GH, making his first appearance on the CBS soap opera in January of 2016.

Elrod appeared in series like Men in Trees, CSI: Miami, Castle, and How to Get Away with Murder before landing the role of Y&R's Joe in 2014. He left Genoa City in 2015 and has since gone on to appear in shows like Grey's Anatomy and Chicago Fire.

In related housing news, Y&R's Melissa Ordway recently sold her home in Lake Balboa.
