Moses Winters is headed back to Genoa City. The son of Neil Winters and Sofia Dupre makes his debut next month with actor Jacob Aaron Gaines holding down the role.

Genoa City will soon be welcoming home Moses Winters. The Young and the Restless announced today that daytime newcomer Jacob Aaron Gaines has been cast in the role.

Born October 2011, Moses Dupre Winters is the son of Sofia Dupre and the late Neil Winters. Moses will arrive in Genoa City, looking to connect with his siblings, Lily and Devon, and cousin Nate.

There is no word yet on whether or not Moses' mom will be headed back to town.

The Y&R role will be Gaines's first soap role. He had a supporting role in the Netflix film Fatal Affair, which starred Omar Epps and Guiding Light alum Nia Long (ex-Kathryn "Kat" Speakes). Additionally, you might recognize the young actor from his work in six national commercials.

Gaines makes his debut -- no fooling! -- on April 1.
