What happened on The Young and the Restless
It's about time Cane (Billy Flynn) put pressure on Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) about her role in giving his AI program to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) on The Young and the Restless. The mogul unleashed the AI program on Cane's company, and now, Cane is facing financial ruin. We've scratched our heads as we wonder how Cane can be sexually intimate with a woman who is going to cost him everything. Cane informed Phyllis that he'd gone to Victor to offer Arabesque, his company, before it was destroyed entirely. Phyllis wondered how Victor responded once he knew Cane was vulnerable. Phyllis went ahead and did what many people have done (just not on TV). She said she could imagine the condescending lecture Cane received; then, she imitated the mustached mogul. "How dare you?" Phyllis said, lowering her voice as Victor does when he speaks. "How dare you? And foolish of you to try to take out the only Genoa City tycoon." Going back to her persona, Phyllis asked Cane how he could stand it. "It wasn't easy," he replied. Cane didn't let on if he was entertained by Phyllis's impersonation of Victor or not. He had something else far more pressing on his mind. Cane demanded to know from Phyllis if she was the person who was responsible for the theft of his AI program. We know she is, and Cane knows. But will Phyllis come clean? She said she'd give him his answer. Tune in tomorrow!
