Welcome to The Young and the Restless Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What Happened on The Young and the Restless

On The Young and the Restless, Lily seems to be dealing with a bad case of the feels. For months (or longer), she’s been stomping all over Genoa City (and now the French Riviera) with a chip on her shoulder and a tone to match to pretty much anyone who got in her way. Devon even had to tell her to drop the ‘tude or don’t bother coming to his wedding last year, and not much has changed since. Sure, she was taking up for Daniel the other day, but the only reason she’s even civil with him is because Heather was murdered — and her so-called defending Daniel was really only an excuse to go off on Phyllis and say some nasty things (even if it was to Phyllis). While being stuck anywhere with Victor and Nikki can’t be top of Lily’s list, she’s managed to be nice when she wanted something from them — namely dirt on Damian. That’s right, it was only weeks-we-could-count ago that Lily was hating on Damian. She didn’t trust him, didn’t believe him, and wanted him gone before he even came to town. But now? She’s got Cane telling her he still loves her, and the first thing she does is (very stiffly) kiss Damian a couple of times, then jumps into bed with him? It couldn’t get any weirder than if Cane had spy cams throughout the place. Oh…wait…
