Phyllis objected to Michael representing Sharon in court, but he refused to back down. Phyllis had a disturbing memory of the car accident, but she kept it to herself. Faith remembered that Sharon’s phone had been missing at the time Sharon had supposedly sent the text messages to Phyllis. Adam fumed when he realized Billy and Sally had slept together. Sharon told “Cameron” that she didn’t need him anymore. Sharon rejected Adam’s heartfelt attempt to help her. The Newmans celebrated Nikki’s first day as Chancellor’s CEO. Billy hung up on Jill when she tried to explain her reasons for selling the company to Victor. Billy proposed that he and Phyllis join forces to take Victor down. Claire accepted Nikki’s job offer. Jack and Diane learned Victor had sold off all of Glissade’s divisions before handing the company over to Diane. Kyle accepted responsibiity for trying to sabotage Diane at Jabot. Summer appeared to be uncomfortable with Kyle and Claire’s growing closeness. Ashley and Traci were miffed when Jack and Diane revealed they’d faked their estrangement. At Thanksgiving dinner, Diane announced that she wouldn’t be returning to Jabot because she and Jack wanted Kyle to reassume his rightful place working alongside his father. Nate agreed to help Amy search for Damian.
