The Young and the Restless knows that Valentine's Day is about two months ahead, but that's not stopping the top-rated drama from focusing on romance this month! Watch for couples who have been together for decades or who are relatively new to experience romance as the holiday season gets underway!
The Young and the Restless, a December to remember

According to Swooon, there's romance coming up for at least four Y&R couples this month. Watch for Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) to be reminded of the true meaning of Christmas.
Years ago, Victor went through an epiphany akin to what Scrooge did in A Christmas Carol. Of course, that change of heart didn't necessarily last, but this year, it looks like, once again, Victor will be reminded of the spirit of the holidays.
Victor and Nikki's grandson, Noah (Lucas Adams), is going to pledge his commitment to Sienna (Tamara Braun). Watch for Noah to pledge his commitment to Matt's (Roger Howarth) wife. Right now, Noah's family is concerned about his safety. If and when that's assured, how will they feel about his being in a committed relationship with Sienna?
Happy Anniversary, Memory Lane

Time flies when you're in love! That's likely how Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) and Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey Bregman) must be feeling these days. They're approaching their 20th wedding anniversary, having tied the knot on December 9, 2005.
The couple hasn't always had an easy go of it, as their happiness has been threatened over the years by Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), Carmine Basco (Marco Dapper), and Michael's association with Victor, who has, at times, placed his attorney in jeopardy. Still, the couple remains stronger than ever, as they share a relationship based on honesty and communication. Sure, they keep occasional secrets from each other, but not for very long. Watch for Michael to pull out all the stops for his wife on their anniversary!
We've already seen Lily (Christel Khalil) soften a bit towards her ex-husband, Cane (Billy Flynn). She defended him to Adam (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan). As the holidays approach, watch for Lily to re-examine her feelings for Cane. They shared happy years as husband and wife; perhaps they will again?
