Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) is hopelessly in love with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) on Y&R, which is nice. But what is not so realistic is her optimism that she'll change her grandfather Victor's (Eric Braeden) mind about her and Kyle's relationship.

On Tuesday, watch for Victor to be skeptical of Claire's proposal. Just what is Claire's concept? She mentioned wanting to throw a party, hoping to convince her grandfather that she and Kyle belong together. Many people have tried to convince Victor that they're in the right, but he easily dismisses them. Very few have ever been able to change Victor's mind.

Victoria makes a decision

Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Cole (J. Eddie Peck) have a long history and they were reunited after finding out that their daughter Claire (AKA Eve) was alive. Vicki grew greatly concerned about Cole after he became ill following his international business trip.

We've been anxious for an update on Cole. Vicki has said her ex was self-quarantining at the Genoa City Athletic Club following a visit to a doctor. But we haven't heard much since. Is Cole making a recovery? Or is he being quiet about just how ill he may be? Tune in on Tuesday to get more information on Victoria's decision and how it's going to affect Cole.

Quizzing Kyle

We saw last week Holden (Nathan Owens) observing Audra (Zuleyka Silver) and Kyle banter at Crimson Lights. Holden seemed very interested in discovering what the relationship is between Audra and Kyle. Probably, the last thing Audra wants is for Holden or anyone else to put the kibosh on her scheme to break up Kyle and Claire.

Audra could likely lose her funding for her new company from Victor if she fails in her plan to drive a wedge between the lovebirds. She may not like Holden getting more information on what she's doing. But that's exactly what might happen on Tuesday's show when Holden quizzes Kyle.

Kyle isn't always able to hide how Audra is still able to get under her skin. If Holden picks up on this dynamic, he could become one step closer to figuring out what Audra is planning to do.
