Just because Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) are contemplating a truce so they can take down Cane (and then, probably go back to their feud), it doesn't mean that Nikki is making peace with her rivals. On Tuesday's show, watch for Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) to put Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) in her place!

Will potential strife between the two women impact a potential truce between Victor and Jack? Diane and Nikki are unique in that they've been married to both Jack and Victor. The two women should be able to come to terms if their respective husbands are open to putting their differences aside.

Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) shared a romantic reunion that nobody saw coming last week. However, there's still conflict ahead for the duo. Sally is guarded, and who can blame her? Sure, Billy is saying all the right things, but can a leopard truly change its spots? Can a gambler not resist rolling the dice one more time?

If Sally thinks that Billy is susceptible to being tempted, she may opt to lie to him. Watch for her to lie to Billy on Tuesday's episode. Will this be a little white lie that's forgivable? Or will she tell a huge fib that could derail their reunion?

In defense of Tessa

Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) has shown the patience of a saint after listening to her wife, Mariah (Camryn Grimes), talk about how she needs to get away from their family. It took several weeks for Mariah to finally fess up that she almost killed someone, which is why she and Tessa have to separate.

Last week, Tessa decided to confront Mariah, and Daniel (Michael Graziadei) offered to go with her. Mariah won't like Tessa coming after her, most likely. She wants to keep her family safe. However, Tessa can't just sit by and do nothing.
