Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nikki's (Melody Thomas Scott) recent spat over Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Claire (Hayley Erin) was entertaining, but it was a mere blip on the screen. Overall, Victor and Nikki have been getting along swimmingly, as evidenced by the lavish birthday gifts he heaped upon her in June.

On Thursday's show, watch for Nikki to surprise Victor with a romantic evening. Is she doing this because she's grateful to Victor for changing his mind about Kyle? Or is Nikki very much a woman in love with her husband? Or both?

Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) hasn't announced any big work projects since he quit Victor's employ earlier this year. On Thursday's show, watch for Michael to be presented with a new opportunity. Will it be a professional one? If so, there are lots of folks in Genoa City who'd like to have the savvy attorney on their payroll.

Might Cane (Billy Flynn) offer Michael a job? That move would have the potential to make Victor dislike Cane even more. Perhaps another of Victor's enemies, like Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), is going to ask Michael for some legal aid. Or, perhaps Victor himself is going to attempt to rehire Michael? But as he's still determined to bring down Jack, Michael would probably stand by his principles and say no!

Claire's losing her cool

Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) is a woman who knows how to take care of herself. But she may have to up those skills a bit, as Claire has run out of patience with the assertive Audra. On Thursday's show, Claire is going to lose her cool with Audra. And who can blame her? It's one thing if Audra wanted to throw away her own relationship with Nate (Sean Dominic) by trying to seduce Kyle, but Claire is not happy that Audra tried to ruin Claire's life!

We saw in Claire's early days just how evil she could be. Saying she was brainwashed by Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk) only goes so far. Might Claire losing her cool endanger Audra? Stay tuned to find out!
