The Young and the Restless' Matt Clark storyline has been dragging on for weeks. One big question that pops into our minds is, what happened to Detective Burrow? The last time we saw him, he appeared at Sharon's door. Since then, he pulled a disappearing act. Nick has been dealing with Matt himself. Is Detective Burrow going to make a reappearance soon?
Nick offered Matt a cool million on The Young and the Restless

On Friday's episode of The Young and the Restless, Nick (Joshua Morrow) offered Matt (Roger Howarth) a million dollars for Sienna's (Tamara Braun) safe return. Matt got greedy and said he wanted five million dollars.
Where is Burrow while all of this is going on? Why didn't he go to the park with Nick and arrest Matt? This storyline has dragged on long enough and needs to come to a head. Matt has been holding Sienna prisoner in a motel for a couple of weeks now.
When Burrow unexpectedly appeared at Sharon's (Sharon Case) front door right around the same time that Sienna was kidnapped, Nick told him that his security team would give Burrow backup. So, where has Burrow been these past two weeks?
Matt has Sienna in a motel and plans to kill her and Noah

Matt has Sienna handcuffed to a motel bed, and, apparently, he drugged her. By the way, is this the same motel that Mariah (Camryn Grimes) is staying in? The rooms look similar!
It would have been great if we'd gotten some Friday cliffhanger drama where Burrow appears at the motel room unexpectedly and kicks down the door. Let's see some action! There's been too much talking and negotating and no drama yet. Has Sienna really been asleep in the motel for the past two weeks? Or is it two weeks our time but only a couple of days in soap opera time?
Why doesn't Nick follow Matt in his car, donning sunglasses and a wig so Matt won't know that Nick is tailing him? Or, to be extra careful, maybe Nick can drive two cars behind Matt. We would expect Nick to be curious about where Matt is keeping Sienna.
Yay, they're out of the motel room!

The coming attractions for next week on The Young and the Restless show that Matt and Annie (Catherine Kresge) drove Sienna to what looks like an abandoned parking lot. Is this where Burrow will appear and save the day?
Will this be the climactic scene where Nick will appear, with Burrow appearing as well and ready to slap the cuffs on Matt and Annie? Or are we going to have a shootout between Burrow and Annie while Nick punches Matt again?
Let's hope this sneak peak of next week will lead us to the end of Matt's storyline. Roger Howarth is doing a great job, but it's time this storyline is wrapped up. And let's hope Burrow will appear and help wrap it up.
