The Young and the Restless: Who caused Noah's accident?

On The Young and the Restless, could we see a storyline evolve where Holden was responsible for Noah's accident? Fans are speculating whether this could be the case.

Did Holden cause Noah’s accident on The Young and the Restless?

Fans of The Young and the Restless have been pulling apart the show, hunting for any possible connection between Holden (Nathan Owens) and the terrible “accident” that befell Noah. (Lucas Adams)

Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon (Sharon Case) discovered that Noah was admitted to the hospital after an incident and had to have emergency surgery performed after swelling on the brain was detected. Could this have been the result of someone intentionally trying to hurt him? Not knowing how their son is doing and hoping he will make it through is really rough on Nick and Sharon, especially now that Detective Burrows has announced an investigation is underway. A witness has said that they saw another car hit Noah's, which then caused it to swerve and veer off the road.

Soap fans went to the Soap Central Message Boards to have a lively debate as to what is behind this.

CloverLeaf wrote –– I dont think Holden had anything to do with Noah's accident but I'm not liking where this s/l is going. Are they trying to imply that Noah is involved in something untoward? That seems to be where this is going. I also wonder if Noah met with Sienna and Mitch about opening a new club. Maybe they thought he was going to be competition so they tried to kill him. All I know is that, so far, any s/l I thought might have some real drama has turned out to be an animated cartoon with Popeye and Bluto. It wouldn't surprise me if this disappoints, too.

Angeldar added –– I agree. It's pretty obvious that there are to be some shady dealings going on here.

Angelala –– I'm starting to wonder the same thing. I think Holden/Claire are responsible for his accident.

Celestialjw added his thoughts –– Yeah, I’m baffled by the Holden hate. He’s charming, good-looking, and super smooth. I was actually disappointed when he wasn’t the real Damian… until I saw what happened to Damian. My bet is Sienna had something to do with it; there’s no point in even seeing her in camera if not.
