The upcoming wedding between soap opera alums Justin Hartley (ex-Adam Newman, The Young and the Restless; ex-Fox Crane, Passions) and Chrishell Stause (ex-Jordan Ridgeway, Days of our Lives; ex-Amanda Dillon, All My Children; ex- Bethany Bryant, Y&R) is one of the most talked about affairs in the entertainment industry, and from a few teases the couple has shared in recent weeks, it's for good reason.
Hartley, who found primetime success as one of the stars on This Is Us, told Us Weekly that they are well on their way to officially becoming husband and wife.
"We're sort of wrapping up all the planning and getting ready to get out there and seal the deal," he shares, adding that both he and Stause have enjoyed the preparations. "We're doing it in the right way. We hired a very competent wedding planner. She's doing all the hard stuff, so basically we just field phone calls, and go taste cake and food. We're having a blast doing it."
As for Stause's wedding dress, the actress called in the big guns. Famous wedding gown designer Monique Lhuillier is creating a custom gown for the bride, and Stause posted a hand-written note from the California-based designer on Instagram as a little preview of what's to come.
"Please find enclosed a swatch of your gorgeous gown to help you coordinate accessories," the card reads. "Fittings will be just around the corner!"
Hartley popped the question last summer, and Stause took to Instagram shortly after to share a photo of her stunning ring. At this time, their official wedding date has yet to be announced.
