Hallmark's A Christmas Miracle has cast The Young and the Restless alum Brooks Darnell (ex-Nate Hastings) opposite Sister, Sister alum Tamera Mowry-Housley.

Hallmark is bringing fans of former The Young and the Restless actor Brooks Darnell (ex-Nate Hastings) a seriously exciting holiday gift: the daytime alum is set to star in the network's upcoming film A Christmas Miracle.

The heartwarming holiday movie costars The Real co-host Tamera Mowry-Housley, who is also producing.

"My family and I have always been fans of Hallmark films and I was so excited when they asked me to be in this one. I've had so much fun making A Christmas Miracle and can't wait for everyone to see it this holiday season," Mowry-Housley tells ET, which debuted the first official photo from the film.

The Sister, Sister actress adds: "A Christmas Miracle is filled with so much heart, warmth, strength and love,"

Darnell took to Instagram with a photo of himself on set of a new project, which is presumed to be A Christmas Miracle.

"Uh oh....just touched down in Vancouver to shoot our movie!" the actor teased, adding: "WHO is 'our' ? STAY TUNED!!"

Brooks Darnell joined the cast of Y&R in the summer of 2018, making his on-screen debut as Nate in July. The character was inexplicably recast in the spring of 2019, with Sean Dominic taking over the role of Nathan Hastings and Olivia Barber's son.

Hallmark's A Christmas Miracle is set to premiere on Thursday, November 14, at 9PM ET/PT.
