A trophy of a pair of golden ice skates is not the only new hardward that Rebecca Budig can claim. The actress is now sporting a vintage engagement ring.
Budig's boyfriend of nine months, television executive Michael Benson, proposed to Budig on Christmas Day. People magazine reports that Benson popped the question with a Platt Boutique ruby and Old European Cut diamond in platinum and yellow gold.
"We don't have any wedding plans yet," Budig told People. "He's an amazing man and we're just really happy."
Last month, Budig, a two-time Daytime Emmy nominee, was the first winner of ABC's reality series Skating With the Stars.

Budig and her husband of six years, Bob Guiney, split last year. Budig was previously married to Daniel Geller.
