Nader court date pushed back

A spokesperson for the New York Police Department's Special Narcotics division has revealed that the charges against Michael Nader (Dimitri Marick) could be dropped.

Nader was to have entered a plea March 26 on charges that he sold a $20 bag of cocaine at a New York nightclub in February. That hearing, however, was pushed back until April 24.

At that time, the case could be handed over to a grand jury - the there could be a possible disposition, meaning that the charges against Nader would be dropped. If found guilty, Nader could face a maximum of 25 years in jail.

Currently, Nader remains in a drug treatment facility. There has been no comment from Nader or his agent on these developments.

While Nader is unavailable, Anthony Addabbo will be portraying the role of Dimitri Marick. An ABC statement indicated that there is a chance that Nader could return to the role following his treatment.
