What to expect from Blue Lock chapter 314 (speculative)?
Early spoilers have revealed that Blue Lock chapter 314 will be called "Nucleus". Based on the title, the chapter can go one of two ways. Since the nucleus is the core of an atom, the installment may further highlight Onazi's skills and central presence in his team.
At the same time, the nucleus may also refer to Isagi, who is currently the face of Blue Lock. Since the protagonist has finished his calculations to achieve victory, fans may see whether he becomes the centre of his team and if his strategy leads to the opening goal of the match.
Blue Lock chapter 313 recap
Blue Lock chapter 313, titled "Opening Warriors", began with a flashback where a young Onazi played along with his friends. The boy received a ball from mid-air and shot it toward the goal, as his teammates considered him their beacon of hope. In the present, the first match of the U-20 World Cup between Nigeria and Japan was all set to begin.
The commentators revealed the format of the tournament, where 64 teams were divided into 16 groups, from which the top 2 teams of each group would move to the next stage after a series of round robin matches. From there, the remaining 32 teams would compete in the final stage, as 128 total matchups awaited the audience.
The formation of the playing teams was then displayed, as a commentator announced that a new future for Japanese football would be paved. The kickoff whistle then rang, as the Blue Lock players charged at the Nigerians. The opposition captain, Kuso, immediately charged past Isagi and passed the ball between Reo and Rin.
While Bachira tried intercepting, Nigerian midfielder Bello gathered the ball and spun past him to deliver a bold pass. While Aryu considered it to be a sloppy shot and tried stopping it, Onazi jumped and received the ball, announcing that it was fine because he was there.
While Aiku appeared in front of the Nigerian forward to stop him, Onazi saw the top corner of the goal open and took a shot. Thankfully, Niko covered the gap and blocked the ball with his face. Karasu then collected it and shot it forward to begin the counterattack. The ball landed at Hiori's feet, after which it was passed to Rin.

With his impressive skills, Rin dribbled past two defenders before being confronted by a player called Oboabona. Nevertheless, this didn't stop him, as he unleashed a powerful curve shot that seemed destined for a goal. However, Onazi came from nowhere and stopped the ball, reannouncing that it was fine because he was there.
As the viewers and announcers went wild after seeing the skills on display, Isagi declared that he had transcended them and seen a vision of victory.
