Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 25 is an installment filled with major revelations and developments. Along with Momoshiki’s return and Sarada acknowledging her feelings for Boruto, the chapter featured the return of Moegi Kazamatsuri.

While this was a momentous occasion of both joy and tears, Moegi being stuck as a tree had left her with chakra complications. Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 25 reveals that a victim of the Claw Grimes has their power constantly drained by the Human God Tree that is using their template.

Due to this, fans fear for Sasuke’s life, as he is still in his tree form, and the main cast do not have possession over the Thorn Soul Bulb of the Human God Tree Hidari.

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 25 suggests that Sasuke’s life may be in danger

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex has been filled with twists and turns ever since it started publication. At the very beginning of the series, it was revealed that Boruto’s mentor, Sasuke, had sacrificed himself during the timeskip to protect his disciple from Code and his Claw Grimes.

In the process, Sasuke was bitten by a creature and turned into a tree, leaving him incapacitated. In his place, the Human God Tree Hidari was born, borrowing the ninja’s chakra signature and techniques.

Despite Sasuke being out of the picture, fans had not been worried about his fate till now, since Boruto and Kashin Koji had revealed that he could be revived by defeating the Human God Tree and returning his Thorn Soul Bulb to the main body.

However, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 25 has made several readers fear that the main cast may be under a time constraint and that it may already be too late for Sasuke. At the beginning of the latest chapter, Konohamaru used Matsuri’s Thorn Soul Bulb to bring Moegi back to life.

After a heartwarming reunion between the pair, Moegi was taken in for a checkup by Sarada. Although there were no visible changes, Sarada noted that Moegi’s chakra flow was sluggish, which may have been caused by Matsuri draining her power. Due to this, she also suffered from malnutrition.

Although Moegi could thankfully recover quickly with rest and food, fans were quick to notice that this may spell trouble for the other characters stuck as trees. In particular, many readers are worried about Sasuke, who turned into a tree around two years ago.

Moegi was only in her condition for around a week, and her chakra flow had already been disrupted by then. Compared to this, Sasuke, who has been helpless for so long, is sure to face more long-term consequences. Although the Shadow Hokage’s chakra dwarfs that of Moegi’s, it is still not endless.

Hence, after Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 25, the fandom fears that even if Boruto and his friends manage to defeat Hidari and free Sasuke’s body, he could be in a near-death state and may be unable to regain his strength.
