However, thanks to Harald’s intervention and the help from outsiders, they were protected. Estrid unfortunately died due to her illness, while Ida settled in the Underworld and opened a bar. 56 years ago, Harald had gone to the Reverie to make his case but was ignored.

Back in Elbaph, the King was informed by Jarul about a group of Giant ship makers who were captured by the World Government. While Harald was dealing with external pressures and the desire to rebuild Elbaph, Loki was being abused by Estrid’s sister and lived a pitiful life.

As a result, 48 years ago, the Accursed Prince released beasts into the village to gain attention through his pranks. However, his loneliness only deepened after seeing Hajrudin’s popularity among the other children. At that moment, the Rocks Pirates appeared and asked Loki if they were in Elbaph, inquiring about Harald’s whereabouts.

Rather, the Giant Elders set him up with Estrid, a beautiful girl with ancient blood who believed in omens. Even after their forced marriage, Harald continued traveling the world, forming relationships with the Fish-Men and spreading Elbaph’s navigation techniques.

Finally, 63 years before the present timeline, Loki was born. Upon seeing her son’s demonic appearance, Estrid was terrified and threw him into the Underworld. However, the boy survived, climbing up the Treasure Tree Adam on his own. One Piece chapter 1153 ended as Estrid fell ill and deliriously kept ordering others to kill Loki, fearing Harald might be killed by his son in the future.

The King, on the other hand, struggled to deal with the World Government’s interference in other nations. Hajrudin refused to accept Loki as his brother since he wasn’t born to Ida. The narrator stated that every tragedy that would fall upon Elbaph from then on would be part of Loki’s Curse.
