One Piece chapter 1155 will be titled Rocks Pirates and pick up from the last installment set 48 years ago, where Xebec had met Loki in the Underworld. Loki was surprised by the tiny people in front of him and told Xebec that his father had gone out on an expedition.

In response, the pirate told Loki to call back his father to treat his wounds. This sent the Giant into a rage, as he attacked Xebec and told him that Harald wouldn’t return for such a reason. However, Xebec then unveiled his unique sword, which would send targets flying on impact. He then heartily laughed and expressed that Loki had been gravely injured.

One Piece chapter 1155 then starts a flashback of the Reverie that took place 56 years before the present timeline. Soldiers announced that a large man dressed in black had kidnapped five kings.

Meanwhile, Imu, who was in the Room of Flowers, spoke with the one responsible - Rocks D. Xebec. Xebec sat near Imu and, although he realized that the kings wouldn’t work as baragining chips, his actions had already created chaos within the Holy Land.

The pirate then held a gun in his hand and furiously threatened the World Government's ruler, having been the only person to get to the deepest part of the Holy Land. However, he soon left, realizing he couldn’t do more. In his parting words, Xebec described himself as an admirer of Davy Jones and declared that he would be back.

While escaping, Xebec and Harald met and immediately clashed, resulting in a wave of Haki that knocked out everyone within a 5 km distance. The two then introduced themselves and decided to escape together. Xebec invited Harald to meet again if they survived, though Harald turned down his offer. The Giant king then jumped off the Red line.

It is then uncovered that an Admiral who Rocks D. Xebec fought in Mary Geoise had died, making him a criminal with a high bounty. Xebec continued his exploits, destroying the Gates of Justice and stealing heavenly tribute headed for the Holy Land. He expanded his group through the Davy Back Fights, though it was just a group of villains following him and not an official crew.

Back to the story 48 years ago, Rocks and his six crewmates were eating at Aurust Castle, while Harald had returned from his expedition to look after the injured Loki. Though Xebec asked Harald to join him, the king of Elbaph turned him down. Harald then asked Xebec’s crew why they followed their leader.

Shiki immediately laughed at this, claiming they were working alone and wouldn’t care even if Xebec died. Stussy agreed, but said that his plan would help get them rich. The rest of the group then spoke about Hachinosu, an island where ruthless criminals who couldn't be contained in prison were sent.

One Piece chapter 1155 ends by taking the story 44 years into the past, with several ships heading towards Hachinosu in search of riches and glory. Rocks D. Xebec and his crew were among them, as they finally began executing his plan.
